parcerias inerentes \u00e0 sua \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, realizando a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas, nos termos do ordenamento jur\u00eddico vigente; gerir em n\u00edvel local o Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade-Cubat\u00e3o; identificar e avaliar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade no Munic\u00edpio; planejar as a\u00e7\u00f5es e servi\u00e7os de sua compet\u00eancia de modo a conservar a sa\u00fade e a interferir nos fatores de agravos \u00e0 sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o; gerenciar as a\u00e7\u00f5es e os servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade com vistas \u00e0 maior efic\u00e1cia da sua presta\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; o gerenciamento da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade organizar-se-\u00e1 em tr\u00eas n\u00edveis: N\u00edvel Local: respons\u00e1vel pela presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade com os Conselhos Locais de Sa\u00fade, realizada atrav\u00e9s das Unidades de Sa\u00fade; N\u00edvel Distrital: respons\u00e1vel pela coordena\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade prestados no \u00e2mbito da Regi\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s das Coordenadorias Regionais, dos Colegiados Regionais e dos Conselhos Distritais de existentes em cada unidade; articular os dados com a Secretaria Municipal de Finan\u00e7as, para cadastramento e controle dos bens patrimoniais, no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade; participar do preparo e desenvolvimento dos processos de licita\u00e7\u00f5es, tomadas de pre\u00e7o e preg\u00f5es no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria de Sa\u00fade; propor programas anual de treinamento e reciclagem de servidores lotados na Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade, em conjunto com a Secretaria Municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o; apoiar sob orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, as atividades vinculadas ao Departamento de Recursos Humanos da Secretaria Municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o; trabalhar de forma articulada com os demais departamentos da Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade e\/ou outras Secretarias no \u00e2mbito do Munic\u00edpio, Estado, Uni\u00e3o e institui\u00e7\u00f5es afins; manter organizado documentos, arquivos e toda estrutura administrativa do Departamento, assim como,
